<description>The mission of Prevent A Litter Veterinary Hospital is to eliminate the killing of healthy, otherwise adoptable, dogs and cats in area shelters simply because they are &quot;surplus” and cannot be placed in loving homes. We plan to accomplish this goal by providing affordable, accessible spay/neuter services to anyone in need, irregardless of income or geographical location, thereby preventing the birth of unwanted animals.
