InLight Richmond: Ain’t no rain on this parade

Despite threats of soggy weather on Friday evening, InLight Richmond‘s much-anticipated Community Lantern Parade persevered, serving as the kick-off event for 1708 Gallery‘s effort to bring art and Richmonders together.
