John Allen Muhammad (dubbed the “Beltway Sniper“) is set to be executed by lethal injection 9pm tonight, unless Governor Kaine grants him clemency.

This comes after Muhammad lost an appeal to the US Supreme Court yesterday.

   If we’re going to have the death penalty (bypassing the morality question), then quit wasting tax payer money hosting this guy in our luxury prisons and get it over with. And a few bullets seems cheaper than all the fancy injections and doctors- worked fine for him, so he shouldn’t complain.

   perhaps this man has major mental health issues that need to be addressed, Charles Manson was a sick master mind behind murders and the public is still feeding him maybe he should be killed tonight also!!!!!!!!!!!!!
