Car wash robbery suspects arrested, still missing number 4

Three people have been arrested and police are seeking a fourth suspect in connection with the Oct. 10 robbery and injury of an employee at $3 Car Wash, 11100 Hull Street Road. Police are searching for Gregory Javone White, 17, of the 3100 block of Garland Avenue in Richmond. (more…)
